  A friendly game between two elevens chosen from High Street, Winslow, came off on Monday, August 12th, in a field kindly lent for the occasion by Mr. J. Ingram, when the single proved too much for their opponents by coming off victorious with 34 runs to spare.  Annexed is the score:-
