Lot 3 purchased by John Ingram for £300; 1 months rent to be paid to Mr. Ingram £2 15 0 at Michaelmas [this is the field on which Jubilee Cottages were later built]

Lot 4 purchased by George King for £500

Lot 5 purchased by Henry Brazier for £720

No details for lots 6-7 but they were bought by John Ingram
