Ann Wyatt Spinster, daughter of William Wyatt sr deceased, sought admission to a messuage in Shipton lately in William's occupation and 16½ acres of arable land, grassland and meadow which came into the lords' hands on William's surrender particularly mentioned at the court on 29 April in the 8th year. Rent 4s 1½d, fine 33s.
Katherine Wyatt Spinster, daughter of William Wyatt sr deceased, sought admission to a messuage lately in the occupation of Mark Morris and 22½ acres of arable land, grassland and meadow and common of pasture, which came into the lords' hands on William's surrender particularly mentioned at the court on 29 April in the 8th year. Rent 5s 7½d, fine 45s.
Christopher Coates and Mary Clarke widow surrendered all their right and interest in a messuage now in the occupation of Joseph Ayres, the tenement now in the tenure of John Herne lying on the south side, the common street on the west. To the use of Christopher for his life, then Mary wife of Thomas Edmonds and Ann Coates Spinster. Christopher, Mary and Ann were admitted as tenants. Rent [blank], fine 5s.
Nicholas Pleastead and Lucy his wife surrendered a messuage in Nicholas' occupation in Winslowe, with all barns, stables, outhouses, etc. To the use of Thomas Blake of Winslowe, gent., on condition that if they pay him the full sum of £41 on 30 Nov next in his dwelling house in Winslowe, the surrender is to be void. Rent [blank], fine 5s.

Robert Seaton and Mary his wife surrendered 10 acres of arable land, uncultivated land, meadow and pasture in the common fields of Winslowe, and all Robert's other lands and holdings in the manor. To the use of Roger West of Winslowe, who was admitted as tenant. Rent 2s 6d, fine 20s. Robert and Mary paid 10s heriot by composition.
Afterwards Roger surrendered all those 10 acres in the common fields of Winslowe to the use of Robert Seaton of Gaucott Bricklayer, on condition that if Roger pays him the full sum of £61 10s on 15 Dec following at his dwelling house in Gaucott, the surrender will be void. Fine 20s.
Charles Coates and Frances his wife, Thomas Spooner and Bridget his wife surrendered all the cottage now or lately in Thomas' occupation in the street called Greate Horne Streete, the land of William Short on the east and north sides, the land of Christopher Stutsbury on the west, with all penthouses, outhouses, etc. To the use of Stephen Bigg sr of Winslowe Postmaster, who was called but did not come. First proclamation made.

Ann wife of James Britten sought admission to a messuage and 5 acres which came into the lords' hands on the death of Thomas Deely her brother, according to a presentment at the court on 26 Oct 1697. Rent 1s 3d, fine 10s. The lord [sic] had for heriot an ash tree worth 10s.

Stephen Bigg sr and Mary his wife surrendered the messuage scituate in Winslowe called The Swann now in the occupation of Thomas Paxton, with yard, stable, Sheepe Penns and appurtenances (except reserving for Stephen and his heirs and assigns and for the proprietors and possessors of the tenements in the occupation of Dorothy Norman and Walter Herbert liberty to the well standing in Thomas Paxton's yard, and liberty to put wood on the Hovells standing in the yard and to repair the hovells and to take water and wood from the well and hovells, and access through Thomas' entrance at all reasonable times to take faggots and wood to the hovells). And :
- all the close called Dartimead Close containing 2 acres
- 1 acre of uncultivated land or pasture in the common fields of Shipton lately acquired from Nathaniel Kemp
- 3 acres of arable land and meadow lately acquired from Benjamin Scott
To the use of Stephen and his heirs until the solemnization of the marriage between Richard Bigg his son and Elizabeth Pritchett jr Spinster. Then to the use of Richard and Elizabeth for their lives, and the heirs of their body, or Richard's rightful heirs. Stephen, Richard and Elizabeth were called and did not come. First proclamation made.
[The reference to sheep pens suggests that The Swan was in Sheep Street.]
A court was held on 11 Oct 1697 but the record is not preserved with the others.
