[In the name of God Amen I Thomas Everett of Adstock in the County of Buckingham yeoman doe Constitute ordain & make this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following Imprimis I commend my soul into the hands of almighty God hopeing to be saved by Jesus Christ my savour and redeemer and my body to the earth to be decently buryd As for those worldly goods w(hi)ch God has lent me I dispose of them as follows]
Item I give & bequeath unto my Brother George Everett of Thornborough & his Heirs for ever all that my House Homestall Close & One Yard Land w(i)th all & evry the App(ur)tenances lying & being in the Town & Com(m)on Field of Adstock from & after the decease of Marie my now Wife upon Condition he pay the Legacys by me bequeathed and orderd for him to pay as follows
Item I give & bequeath to my Nephew Thomas Seare & his heirs for ever all those Three Lands of Arable lying in the Com(m)on Fields of Adstock w(hi)ch I purchased of Richard Jeffery to enter upon the fallow im(m)ediately after my decease
Item I give & bequeath to my Brother Richard Everett the sum(m)e of Five pounds of good lawfull Money of England to be payd him by my Brother George Everett w(ith)in one yeare after the decease of Marie my now wife
Item I give & bequeath to my fower sisters Elizabeth Seare Joan Corbett Marie Everett & Martha Harrop ten pounds a peece to be paid by my Executrix hereafter named w(ith)in One yeare after my decease
Item I give & bequeath to my Neeces Martha Seare & Elizabeth Seare the sum(m)e of Ten pounds a peece to be payd them by my Brother George Everett One yeare after the decease of Marie my now wife
Item I give & bequeath to my Nephew Robert Corbett the like sum(m)e of Ten pounds to be payd him by my Brother George Everett w(ith)in One yeare next after the decease of Marie my now wife
Item I give Ten pounds a peece to my Neeces Martha & Marie Harrop to be payd them by my Brother George Everitt two yeares after the decease of Marie my now wife
Item I give & bequeath to my Brother Edward Seare my Tumbrill Cart & wheeles desireing him to assist my Executrix in all her Matters
Item I give my Brother John Everett & his wife half a Crown a peece to buy them Gloves. And my Goddaughters Sarah Darnell & Ann Brickwell five shillings a peece to be payd them by my Executrix. I also give Gloves to the rest of my Brothers & Sisters. And to Robert Scott & Sarah his wife and to William Cowper & Harry Cowper I also give Gloves.
Lastly all my personal Estate unbequeathed I give to Marie my Beloved Wife paying my Debts Legacys & Funeral Charges & make her the sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament
