This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Jones of Winslow in the County of Bucks Widow and relict of George Jones the elder late of the same place Gentleman deceased  First I revoke all Wills and other testamentary dispositions at any time or times heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament  And I declare that a pair of Gravestones may be erected in my memory similar to those erected to the memory of several of my children and that the cost thereof may be paid out of the residue of my personal estate hereinafter given and bequeathed  And I give and devise unto my Son Thomas Jones his heirs and assigns for ever All that freehold close of pasture ground situate lying and being in the parish of Grandborough in the said County of Bucks which was purchased by my said late husband of John Chapman with the rights members and appurtenances thereto belonging or appertaining  Also I give … unto my … Son Thomas Jones … All that copyhold messuage in two tenements situate and being in Great Horn Street in Winslow aforesaid by me lately purchased of Francis Robinson  With the rights members … subject to and charged with the payment or legacy of the sum of Two hundred pounds of lawful British money unto my Son Newman Jones within twelve calendar months next after my decease whom I hereby give … the same accordingly Also I give … unto my Son Robert Williatt Jones his heirs and assigns for ever All that my copyhold messuage and tenement situate standing and being in Great

And in case of the decease of my … Son Robert Williatt Jones in my lifetime I give … the residue of my personal estate and effects …. unto my … daughter Mary Ann Jones her executors … absolutely provided always and I do hereby declare that after the decease of … Mary Ann Jones during such time as either or any of my … Grandchildren hereinbefore named shall be under the age of twenty one years my Trustees … shall place out and invest his her or their share … of the … sum of two hundred pounds at interest on Government or real security and shall and may from time to time alter and vary the same into other stocks funds and securities of the like nature at their … discretion and shall pay and apply the interest dividends and annual produce for and toward the maintenance and education or otherwise for the benefit of such minor grandchild or grandchildren  And I do hereby declare that the provision hereby made for my … Son Robert Williatt Jones is intended to be in full satisfaction and discharge of any claim which he may have against me under the Will of my … late Husband otherwise howsoever  And I nominate constitute and appoint  my … Son Robert Williatt Jones and … David Thomas Willis Executors of this my Will  provided always and I do hereby further declare that the Trustees and Executors of this my Will and each of them and each of the heirs executors and administrators shall be charged and chargeable for such monies only as they respectively shall actually receive by virtue of the trusts … notwithstanding their or any of their giving or joining in giving any receipt or receipts for the sake of conformity  And I direct that none of them shall be answerable or accountable for any banker or broker with whom the said trust monies and premises shall be placed for safe custody or for any default neglect of the other or others of them or for involuntary losses  And also that it shall and may be lawful for them with and out of the monies which shall come into their respective hands by virtue of the trusts aforesaid to retain and reimburse themselves respectively and also to allow their respective Cotrustee or Cotrustees all costs charges damages expences and fees to Counsel for advice which they or any of them shall or may sustain expend or disburse in or about the execution of the aforesaid trusts or in relation thereto  And that notwithstanding his appointment as a trustee and Executor of this my Will the said David Thomas Willis shall be entitled to his proper fees and charges for any professional business he may transact in execution of the trusts hereby reposed in him  In witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Jones the Testatrix have to each sheet of this my last Will & testament contained on four sheets of paper set my hand on this seventh day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and  forty one Elizabeth Jones [signature]  This sheet of paper and the three sheets hereto annexed were severally signed by the said Elizabeth Jones the Testatrix in the joint presence of us who in her presence and the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the words or any or either of them
