The Last Will Nuncupative of Daniell Seaton of Winslow Butcher Sonn of John Seaton of Winslow aforesaid in the County of Bucks Butcher made and put in writeing this [seven?]eth day of Aprill 1718
Impri(mi)s He gave to his Brother Augustine Seaton his Butchers stall in Winslowe
Item He gave all his Wareing Apparrell to his Brothers Augustine Seaton and Hugh Seaton to be Equally devided between them
And lastly He gave his Mare and to his Sister Elizabeth Seaton and all \his/ money booke debts and personal Estate paying his Debtt and funeral Expenses

Daniel Seaton was the son of John and Rebecca Seaton, baptised at Winslow in March 1694 and buried on 9 April 1718. He was the grandson of John Seaton (d.1708). His sister Elizabeth was probably bap. 27 May 1697, and his brothers Augustine on 2 May 1701 and Hugh on 5 Nov 1703. Elizabeth married John Bailey on 31 Dec 1718. Their mother was the daughter of Thomas Grimes of Steeple Claydon (d.1723).
A nuncupative will is one which was made orally in front of witnesses.
