In the name of God Amen the seaventh Day of Jannuary in the one and thirtieth year of the Raigne of o(ur) Soveraigne Lord Kinge Charles the second ov(e)r England &c Annoqu(e) dom(ini) 1679 I Margaret Shelton of Winslow in the County of Bucks widdow beinge aged sickley and weake of bodey but of perfect minde and memory praysed be God therefore [deletion] knoweing the certainety of death and the uncertainety of the time and hower thereof doe therefore make ordaine & declare this my last will and testament In mannor and forme Followeinge Frist [sic] I commit my soule into the hands of Almighty God my creato(r) resting assured of the remission of sinns thorough the merrits of o(ur) over blessed Lord and savioure Jesus Christ. my body I commit to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executrix. And as touching and concerneing my wordley estate I doe hearby declare my last will and testament in Mannor and forme followinge First I give and bequeath unto my sone William Shelton the some of six pounds of that nine pounds which he the said William now oweth mee; to bee allowed to him within three months next after my decease. All and singular other my goods catells and Chattells of what kind or nature soever I wholly give and bequeath unto my daughter [deletion] Joane Shelton whom I doe make my whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament to see my debts [deletion] and legacies paied and funerall charges defraied. In witness wheare of I have heare unto set my hand and seale the day and yeare above writen
