Notes
Thomas Smith was buried on 14 June 1662. He married Alice, daughter of Nicholas Brinsall, on 24 Aug 1652. The baptisms of his children were:
- John: bap. 1 June 1653, bur. 16 Jan 1653/4
- John: b. 13 Oct, bap. 11 Nov 1654, bur. 28 March 1657
- Alice: b. 1 July, bap. 1 Aug 1656
- Joan daughter of M'ster Smyth: b. 19 Sep, bap. 16 Oct 1658
Later in 1662 Alice the widow married Christopher Coates/Coutts at Whitchurch.
