In the Name of God Amen, I Hugh Stutsbury of Winslow in the County of Bucks Grocer do make constitute and ordaine this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following this twenty-ninth day of October in the year of our Lord 1681 Imprimis I give & bequeath my Soule in to the hand[s?] of Almighty God Who gave it to be saved by the \alone/ merits of my Deer Redeemer Jesus Christ who bought it Item I give and bequeath my body to the Earth from whence it was taken to be decently & Christianly buryed at the discretion of my Executrix herein after named Item of my Worldly goods I give and bequeath to my daughter Frances Stutsbury the Summe of five pounds of Lawfull money of England Item All other Goods & chattells debts and Credits not herein otherwise disposed & bequeathed I give unto my Loveing wife Joan Stutsbury whom I make & ordaine my Sole Executrix of this my last will & Testament and I do hereby revoke renounce anull & make voyd all other wills & Testaments by me formerly made and I do nominate and appoint my Cousin Thomas Brickwell Faffee Trustee overseer & Guardian to my said Childe Frances Stutsbury for the said five pounds which is to be received for her use of my brother John Stutsbury which said five pounds was bequeathed to me by my mother Elianor Stutsbury lately deceased In Witnesse whereof I have set to my hand this & seale this twenty ninth day of Octob(er) aforesaid
