Notes
Henry West's son-in-law Robert Seaton belonged to the Winslow family of Seatons; read more. Presumably Mary and his other children who received a shilling had already had their inheritance when they got married.
Something seems to have gone wrong with the transcription into the archdeaconry register of "Joane Seaton of Winslow in the \said/ County of Bucks Baker" - according to the conventions of the time, either her husband's name or "widow" should have been included. She was the wife of Hugh Seaton IV, baker, and they moved to Edgware after her father made his will.
