The Ministry of Food carried out a survey of all farms in 1941-42, partly by direct inspection (the section headed FARM SURVEY) and partly by sending out forms which were part of the census on 4 June 1941. The information below has been extracted from the forms which were filed in the "Winslow" box. In some cases the Farm Survey and inspector's report was not located.
