Will of Ann Coxill, widow, 1854 (proved 1864)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Coxill of Winslow in the County of Bucks, Widow. I bequeath unto my Son Richard Coxill for his absolute use All my household goods and furniture ready money and securities for money book debts tools implements and stock in trade and all other the personal estate and effects of which I may be possessed at the time of my death or what shall remain thereof after payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I appoint my said Son Richard Coxill to be my Executor in respect of such debt [or] debts if any as is are or may at my decease be owing to me from my Son Joseph Coxill And I appoint my said Sons Joseph Coxill and Richard Coxill to be my Executors as to the residue of my personal estate And I revoke all other Wills In Witness whereof I the said Ann Coxil the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand this Eleventh day January in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty four The mark of Ann Coxill Signed by the said Ann Coxill the Testatrix in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have here unto subscribed our names as Witnesses thereof - Dav. The District Registry at Oxford  - In Her Majesty’s Court of Probate -
Be it known that Ann Coxill late of Winslow in the County of Buckingham, Widow, deceased, died on the Twenty ninth day of March 1864, at Winslow aforesaid, having at the time of her death a fixed place of abode at Winslow aforesaid within the District of the counties of Oxford Berks and Buckingham, and having made and duly executed her last Will and Testament bearing date the Eleventh day of January 1854 and thereof appointed Executors in the words following “I appoint my said Son Richard Coxill to be my Executor in respect of such debt or debts, if any, as is are or may at my decease be owing from my Son Joseph Coxill And I appoint my said Sons Joseph Coxill and Richard Coxill to be my Executors as to the residue of my personal Estate”

And be it also known that on the Eighth day of November One thousand eight hundred and sixty four the said last Will and Testament hereunto annexed, of the said Ann Coxill deceased,  was proved and registered in the District Registry attached to Her Majesty’s Court of Probate at Oxford, and that Administration of all and singular the personal Estate and Effects of the said Deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to the said Joseph Coxill of No 43 Upper Seymour Street, Euston Square in the County of Middlesex, Carpenter, and Richard Coxill of Winslow aforesaid, Cooper, the Sons of the Deceased, the Executors named in the said Will as aforesaid, to wit, to the said Joseph Coxill save and except in respect of such debt or debts, if any, which may be owing from him to the said Deceased and to the said Richard Coxill generally, they having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same by paying the just debts of the said Deceased and the legacies contained in her Will and to exhibit a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the said personal Estate and Effects and to render a just and true account thereof whenever required by Law so to do
