Notes

Edward Plesteed was buried at Winslow on 8 Nov 1645. He was evidently an innkeeper - which inn? The will of his widow Ursula, made in 1659, gives details of their family.

Drinkstalls: wooden stands for tubs, etc., of drink (Bucks Probate Inventories)

Posnet: A small 3-legged metal cooking pot (Bucks Probate Inventories)
