In the Name of God Amen I John Turnbull the Elder of Winslow in the County of Bucks Draper being weak in body but of sound and disposing Mind and Memory for which I bless God do this twenty sixth day of May in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred and eighty seven make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say First I will that all such debts as I shall justly owe at the time of my decease be in the first place paid by my Executrix hereinafter named and as to for and concerning all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattels Stock Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what naure or kind soever I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my dear Wife Mary Turnbull to and for her sole Use and Benefit and Disposal whom I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament  In witness whereof I the said John Turnbull have hereunto set my Hand and seal the day and year first above written

Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said John Turnbull the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our Names as witnesses thereto at the request and in the presence of \the said Testator and in the presence of/ each other

This Will was proved at London on the eighteenth day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty seven before the Worshipful William Macham Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipfull Peter Calvert Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Mary Turnbull widow the Relict of the deceased and sole Executrix named in the said will to whom adm(inistrati)on was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer.
