Silvester Claver grandson [nepos] of Silvester is the nearest heir and has the right to redeem the premisses. He sought admission. Fine £2 19s, fealty respited. Silvester Claver the uncle was chosen guardian and admitted.
[This entry is difficult to understand. Silvester Claver, presumably the uncle, mortgaged about 40 acres of land at the same court (see above) - that must have been different land received through a deathbed surrender at the April 1681 court, whose records do not survive. Details of the mortgages of the land mentioned here survive in 4 separate deeds. The Bull must be the property called the Black Bull in 1709, not the (Red) Bull. Some land which William Claver (the father of Silvester the grandson according to Silvester sr's will) received in a deathbed surrender was granted to him at the next court, so why did the grandson need a guardian?]

On 3 Nov 1681 Thomas Tomlyn and Elizabeth his wife (examined by Edmund West serjeant at law, then steward) surrendered out of court 6 acres of land in Winslow:

And 3 acres of land in Winslow:

apart from such of the premisses as Edward Tomlyn, Thomas' father, holds for his life. To the use of Sarah Patridge [sic] of London Spinster. On condition that it will be void if Thomas and Elizabeth pay her £3 12s on 4 May next and £123 12s on 4 Nov 1682.

Dated 15 April 1682."
[Latin] John Hendly surrendered [as above] to the use of Thomas Robson. Thomas Robson and Ann his wife and Faith Robson widow surrendered 1 acre in Hamons furlonge in Old Mill Feild. Rent [blank], fine 2s.
