This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard John Coxill of Winslow in the County of Buckingham Cooper I appoint William Thomas Coxill and Alfred Joseph Clear of Winslow aforesaid Journalist (hereafter referred to as “my Trustees”) to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will and I give to each of them the said William Thomas Coxill and Alfred Joseph Clear the sum of Four pounds for the care and trouble they will have in carrying out the trusts of this my Will I give to my Niece Emma Jane Bloxham my American Organ a Bed ad Bedstead complete and all my old China  and Silver absolutely I devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my of my decease unto my Trustees Upon trust that my Trustees shall call in and convert into money the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and shall with and out of the moneys produced by such sale calling in and conversion and with and out of my ready money pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the legacies hereinbefore bequeathed and to divide the residue then remaining into four equal parts or shares and to pay one such fourth part or share to my said Brother William Thomas Coxill one other such fourth part or share to my Sister Ann Smith one other such fourth part or share to my said Niece Emma Jane Bloxham and to divide the remaining fourth part or share unto and equally between and among my Nephew Frederick Harwood Bloxham, my Niece Alice Bloxham and my Niece Daisy Bloxham Lastly I revoke all other Wills In Witness whereof I the said Richard John Coxill the Testator have hereunto set my hand this Twelfth day of February One thousand nine hundred and eight

On the Fourteenth day of May 1908 Probate of this Will was granted at Oxford to  William Thomas Coxill the Brother and Alfred Joseph Clear the Executors

It is hereby certified that the foregoing is a correct copy
Dated this Twenty first day of May 1908

BE IT KNOWN that Richard John Coxill of Winslow in the County of Buckingham, Cooper, who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at Winslow aforesaid within the District of the counties of Oxford, Berks and Buckingham, died on the 21st day of February 1908 at Winslow aforesaid

AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at Oxford, and that Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to William Thomas Coxill of Aston Cross, Birmingham in the County of Warwick, Butcher, the Brother of he Deceased and Alfred Joseph Clear of Winslow aforesaid, Journalist, the Executors named in the said Will
